  1. If you were to be stranded on a island and could have one book with you what book would you want to have?

One book to rule them all (sorry) ! It would have to be the Lord of the Rings because I could find one that had all three books in one volume. One book! Couldn’t cope I don’t even have one favourite book!

  2. Who would you consider to be one of your role models and why?

I’ve never really had role models, there’s writers I’d like to be as good as and sometimes I’ll see people on tv and think how amazing they are facing their own adversity in life and wish I could be more positive like them.

  3. Why did you start your blog?

I was reviewing books for a lovereading.com review panel and I think I discovered Netgalley and started to be brave and start a blog to share my books reviews.

  4. What is your least favorite thing about blogging?

Time. Writing blog posts take some time and sometimes it’s hard to fit it in.

  5. What is something you wish you could be better at?

I want to say writing because I love it and my ambition has always been to be a published novelist. But I think what I really wish is that I could be a less anxious person and be able to deal with my own worries and life stuff better.

  6. Favorite place you’ve traveled to so far and why?

I haven’t travelled far. At the moment my favourite place is Cornwall. I love the little village, the myths and history and I love staying in Boscastle right by the river which leads right out to the sea. It’s a gorgeous place and has lovely walks. I can’t not mention my other favourite place which is Tenby in south Wales. It’s not a very long drive from where I live and I spent so many family holidays there,  I love it. Itching to go there as we used to have a family tradition to go every Easter Sunday (then I had to have one of those job things) so as soon as the weather improves and warms up I just have to go!

  7. Pancakes or Waffles?

I only discovered waffles last yr/the year before. I love them! I haven’t really had American pancakes much. My answer: Waffles!

  8. Favorite music to dance too?

I don’t really dance. I listen to rock music and you can’t really dance to that. I think I’ll have to be honest here and admit that I still love the old disco music from the 90s and can’t stand modern dance music (I’m not that old honest!)

  9. What is your go to karaoke song?

Not a clue. Really, I can’t think. I used to have a karaoke set when I was a child but I have never been to an actual karaoke.

  10. Best piece of advice for other bloggers out there?

Write what you want to write and post when you can. There’s only one you and you don’t need to follow any rules etc Don’t stress!

  11. If you could hang out with anyone in the world for 1 day who would you want it to be?

Hard decision. Stephen Fry comes to mind because he’s so funny and intelligent, but I’m not. It’d have to be either him or one of my favourite authors: Deborah Harkness who is lovely to her fans and an amazing writer. This is one of those questions it’d take me days to decide on 🙂

  1. One book to rule them all haha. I’ve never read it (gasp) but I think that’s a great choice 👍
Totally relate to the time it takes to blog. I find it hard to keep up with blogging and writing (fiction), so something has to give. Wish could do both but where’s the time? ☹️

Never been to Wales but sounds like a great opsve! I loved reading your answers, always great to get to know a fellow blogger a bit more so thanks!
